Sheow is operated by Sheow Global Trading FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our online store is hosted using Shopify's ecommerce platform.

Product colours, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, packaging updates, or other reasonable variations that do not materially affect the product.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the stated price, together with any applicable shipping charges or taxes.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, stock unavailability, technical error, or incorrect customer information. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made using an available payment method shown at checkout. Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or our approved payment providers. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free-delivery offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values, availability, or other restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery estimates shown on our website are provided in good faith but may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery together with your order number and clear product photos.
