We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Times
- Dubai: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Charges
Free UAE delivery is available on orders of AED 75 or more.
Shipping charges for orders below the free-delivery threshold will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available delivery or tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product.
