Refund & Returns Policy

At Sheow, we want both you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used litter bags cannot be returned.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Have a return request submitted within 2 days of delivery

  • Be approved by our support team

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
